ChemPro Services, Inc. was founded by Aaron Hayek in 2004. Aaron is married and has 4 children. Aaron had spent 14 years in the vegetation management industry. He had worked in every aspect of the herbicide application business. In the early years he worked as an applicator in the field, then as a sales rep for a major application company in the Southeast. In 1998 Aaron relocated to Nashville, TN and opened a banch office for his employer. The office quickly grew to be the largest service center for that company. When Aaron decided to dedicate his efforts full time to ChemPro the little office in Nashville had grown to be a major application company in the region.

From the very begining Aaron has been committed to focusing the efforts of ChemPro on Service. After spending years operating a large application company Aaron was confident that service could be approached differently. Over the years he had observed that the bigger the company got the liklyhood of quality and service dropping was high. This is probably a natural occurence and many companies suffer from similar issues, but Aaron was confident a company could grow (at a controled pace) and still maintain a high level of servce.

     "I saw our best opportuity for change in the industrial weed control market. I threw out everything I thought about industrial customers and decided to look at what the customer really needed. We decided what customers really wanted was obvious - they just wanted NOT to worry about weed and grass problems! Industrial customers wanted to know why application companies could not consistently control their vegetation and why they had to call, sometimes multiple times for service throughout the year. The answers were simple, and now I had the freedom and opportunity to impliment them!

The answers are first: Apply the best poducts and the proper rates at the beginning of the season. Second: we will not wait on customers to call us for service! All of our industrial customers recieve automatic inspection visits and re-treats. Custoers are thrilled with the service!"

In 2007 Joe Hayek joined ChemPro. Joe brought with him over 13 years of herbicide aplication experience. Joe lives in the Middle Tennessee area and is married with three children.
